Into my second week now. I have had a really bad day today with craving something sweet and very bad headaches for most of the day.  The vanilla shakes do take the craving away and i have found that sugarfree mints also help with the cravings and they also freshen your breath as i did have a strange taste in my mouth. I am doing the 10 minute walks each day for some excercise.

Well another day today and i certainly feel a lot more positive today. Still have a slight headache but nothing much. Really enjoying the shakes and the soups and i always make sure that i have a balanced meal at night. My husband is helping out in many ways with the cooking, so really it is helping both of us to diet.

Rowlands are brilliant as they have said if i need any advice or help in anyway, just to get in touch with them, so that is brilliant.

I do hope that at the end of the 8 weeks i have lost enough weight for me to stop smoking, as that is one reason why i have not stopped yet.

Went shopping today at Asda and it seemed like a totally different experience, as i usually head for the cakes and sweets and end up putting lots of goodies in the trolley, but not this time, and we spent a lot less!!

Tried the Mulligatawny soup today and it was delicious!! and also the caramel bars which were scrumptious.

Had my first weigh in today and have lost nearly 6 lbs so i am really pleased with that. It has given me such an incentive. I am really getting into the swing of things now on what to eat and when to eat.
